He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Heath (Orr) and Richard B. Heath Sr. Dan; his wife Pamela D. Heath (Winger); and his brother Richard B. Heath Jr.. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda McClure of Rocky Grove; his daughter Christine Heath Hinzman; his grandsons, Nathaniel Hinzman (Loreita) of Sharon and Jonathan Downing (Mandi) of Cranberry; and his great grandchildren, David, Emma, Jackson, Noah and Ellie Mae.
