He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cramer and Lucille Miller Cramer; his brother Jack Miller; and his niece Amy Miller Skeeter. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Koerner; his sister Lisa King (Craig) of Cooperstown; his sister-in-law Nancy Miller of Seneca; and his nieces and nephews, Shanda, Tim Kelly, Shawn, Laura King, Shelby King, Jackie Miller and Lucy Miller.
