He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Dennis and Norma Lawrence Shreve; and his siblings, Sharon Best, Karen Wakefield, Brenda Umstead and Steve Spence.

He is survived by: his stepfather Don Shreve of Oil City, His; and his siblings, Larry Dennis (Lori) of Altoona, Donald Shreve Jr. of Oil City, And and Susan Shreve (William Proper) of Polk. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
