He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon C. Speece and Elaine L. Baughman Speece. He is survived by: his siblings, David (Anita), Tracy Ward of Sharon and Patricia Speece of Oil City; and his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Christian, Ella Speece, Josh, Ryan and Ross Ward.
