It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy L. Cochran of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Dorothy "Dot" Jackson; and her stepfather Richard Jackson. She is survived by : her caregiver MJ Eckert.
