He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Baker and Mary Roehrig Baker. He is survived by : his wife Dolores; his sons, William Baker (Julie) of Cochranton and Dr. Mark Baker (Bonnie) of Erie, PA.; his grandchildren, Kari, Kayla, Keith and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Calvin, Arthur and Otis.

Memorials may be made to Good Hope Lutheran Church.
