He is survived by: his children, Maria Panunti (Mario) of Old Forge, Donna Avvisato of Old Forge, Dominick J. Avvisato of Old Forge and Ryan Avvisato (Juli) of Clarks Summit; his grandchildren, Jennifer Avvisato, Dominick Joseph Avvisato, Ryanna Marie Avvisato and Julia Anne Avvisato; and his great grandchild Dominick Joseph Avvisato. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
