She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chiampi and Mildred Fiori Chiampi; and her sisters, Carmella Salerno and Dolores Anzalone. She is survived by: her husband George; her daughters, Laura (John Wozniak), Dawn (Michael Holena) and Kingston; her grandchildren, John Michael Tomsak Jr. (Carolina), Nicole Holena and Jessica Tomsak; her great grandchildren, Makayla and Aubrianna Holena; and her brother John Chiampi. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
