He was predeceased by: his spouse Italia Cusati of Old Forge; and his parents, Michael Cusati and Antonia Rivello Cusati. He is survived by: his daughters, Silvia Cusati (Marcelino Bilbao) of Old Forge and Maria Cusati (Eduardo Ruiz); and his grandchildren, Dahiana, Brianna (Josue Dominguez), Sebastian, Bryan (Alyvia Bilbao), Nicholas (Camille), Lily and Santiago.
