He was predeceased by: his wife Vincentina "Jennie" Killino Pilosi; his parents, James Sr. Pilosi and Eugenia Scavo Pilosi; his grandson David Majewski; and his siblings, Amelio Pilosi, Joseph Pilosi and Marie Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Jumper (James) of Avoca, Carol Majewski (Eugene) of Taylor and Lori Pilosi (Deb Mendelsohn) of Tunkhannock; his grandchildren, Eugene Majewski (Theresa), Kelly Schultz (Mike), Jay Jumper (Kristin), Christian Pilosi, James Pilosi (Nicole), Dominique Pilosi and Gianna Pilolsi; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Majewski, Trinity Pilosi, Ella Schultz, Michael Schultz, Niko Pilosi and Lane Pilosi.
