She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley E. Wilk; her parents, Frank Zuby and Anna Macheska Zuby; and her sons, Jeff Wilk and James Wilk.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Elizabeth Marie Finnerty of Dunmore and Emily Grace Donvito of Dunmore; her great grandchildren, Julia Scalese and Elliott Finnerty; her daughter-in-law Erin Wilk of Dunmore; and her cousins, Dr. David Lezinsky of Moosic, Daniel Pregmon of Taylor and Joann.
