She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Kwiatkowski (Pete Kwiatkowski); her sister-in-law Debbie Karlak Blanchard (Rick Blanchard) of Old Forge; and her nieces, Alyssa Karlak Gad and Camille Karlak.
