She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Rushefski and Tekla Augustinski Rushefski; her former husband Elmo Materazzi; her son-in-law Michael Sullivan; her stepson Paul Cawley Jr.; her siblings, Frank, Andrew, Joseph, Stanley, Michael Rushefski, Mary Niche, Rose Vitack and Tekla Kuchinski; her nephews, William Vitack and John Kuchinski; her great-nephew Rudy Morgan; and her great-niece Erica Pace.
She is survived by: her family Dr. Kenneth Sebastianelli; her niece Debra Davis; her children, Donna Sullivan of Newtown Square and Jackie Materazzi Hatala of Old Forge; her grandchildren, Max Materazzi, Eleni Sullivan, Rae Hatala, Sam Sullivan and Isabelle Hatala; her siblings, Theresa Zupko of Old Forge and Charles Rushefski; and her stepson Michael Cawley. She is also survived by family; and numerous nieces and nephews; greatnieces and greatnephews.
