She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin W. Horning and Grace Horning (Weber). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth B. Eberly; her children, Chad (Kristine), Kordel (Amanda), Kyle (Rebecca), Krystal (Deane Weaver) and Kendra; and her siblings, Lucy (John Nolt), Ruth Ann (Ron Robenolt), Lois (Daniel Good), David (Janice), Sharon (late David Cody), Eileen (late Mark Weaver) and Ronald. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, one grandson.
