He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Phillips and Sarah H. Phillips (Keller); and his siblings, Ronald Phillips and Janet Kline (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Glenda L. Phillips (Reider); his daughter Lauren B. Steinmetz (Justin A. Steinmetz); his grandchildren, Leah, Kayla, Aiden and Hannah; and his siblings, Deanna Brunner (late Richard Brunner), Linda Stern (Daniel Stern), Daniel Phillips (Rita) and Timothy Phillips (Rosanne Phillips).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gt North Church (14512 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood, PA 19522). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
