He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse M. Townsley and Caroline S. Townsley; and his brother Jesse Townsley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Townsley (Dissinger); and his children, Theresa Apgar (Gary), Jeffery ToTownsleyPaula, Deborah Bender (Jon) and Steven Townsley (Manoka). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be in Rich's honor to National Multiple Sclerosis Society or Miller-Keystone Blood Center.
