We bid farewell to Marie Powell of Oliveburg, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 20, 2025 at the age of 76. Marie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Brothers and Minnie Emabel (Hughes); and her son-in-law Ken Barrett. She is survived by: her husband David R. Powell of Budd's Auto Parts; her daughters, Patty Conoran (Dave) of Punxsutawney, Pam Carr (Duane) of Punxsutawney, Peggy Strohm (J. R. Rossey) of Corsica and Marie; her grandchildren, David Ellenberger (Lauren Kachmar) of Punxsutawney, Tiffany Swanson (Ryan Koch) of DuBois, Heather and Hailey Strohm of Corsica; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Carter Swanson; and her stepgrandchildren, Darren, Ainsley Carr, Isiah, Leaonna Carr, Brylan and McKenzie Conoran. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Marie's memory to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society or Lisa's Ladybugs.
