He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Charlotte Bulford Kosciuk; his children, Charles (Deborah), David (Lorraine), Lake Ariel, Charlene Kosciuk, Peckville, Elizabeth Davis (James), James, Olyphant and Dale (Lori); and his siblings, Arthur, Gerard, Alfrieda, Joe, Natalie, Norbert, Lorraine, Dolores, Eleanor and Raymond. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
