She is survived by: her parents, Eric Ciullo (Dahlia) and Samantha Damski Ciullo; her siblings, Dahlia and Sylar Ciullo of Archbald, PA.; her grandparents, Nolan, Lisa Ayres of Olyphant, PA, Anne and Dave Bukovich of Beaufort, SC; and her great-grandparent Mary Alice Ayres. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In honoring the joy in life she carried, Olivia gave the precious gift of life through organ donation, offering hope and healing to other families in her passing.
