He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Ephault and Adele Budzinski Ephault; and his mother-in-law Louise Tetto. He is survived by : his sons, Scott (Mchala), Garrett (Ann) and Blakely; his stepgrandchildren, Hailey, Alyssa and Ricky; his brothers, Gerald (Darlene), Robert (Donna Dale) and Michael; and his father-in-law Frank Tetto. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
