He was predeceased by : his parents, William F. McGowan and Mary Lally McGowan. He is survived by : his children, Melissa Snyder (Mark) of Jessup, William F. (Debbie) of Audubon and John (Demetria) of Jermyn; his siblings, Mary Ellen Moylan and Timothy; and his grandchildren, Rileigh, Maggie, Connor, Emme, Liam, Declan, Maeve and Keith Bombar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
