He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Clark III and Marie Clark (Durako). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Clark (Griffin); his children, Kailyn Clark and Frank J. Clark V (Samantha Milachay); and his sister Sharon Carducci (Bryan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, inlaws, and a large extended family.
