She was predeceased by: her parent Lizzy Sturm; her stepfather Norman Schaffer; her husband Eugene C. Welliver, Sr.; her sister Catherine Osmun; her nephew James Osmun; and her grandson Jordan Welliver.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene C. Welliver, Jr. (Billie Jo) of Phippsburg, ME and Tina Welliver of Lewiston, ME; her nephew Robert (Darlene Osmun); and her niece Karen Osmun of Schnecksville, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
