He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Williams and Helen Williams Huss (Stine); his wife Shirley Ann Williams (Suders); and his sister Joan Allen. He is survived by: his children, Randy Williams (Tina) of Orrtanna, PA and Pam Rock (Brian) of Fayetteville, PA; his grandchildren, Chuck Williams (Nora), Joshua Williams (Alicia), Wendy Mroz (AJ), Sean Stine, Corey Williams, Chelsie Williams, Gunnar Rock and Brooke Rock; his great grandchildren, Sierra, Aeva, Asher, Emilee Williams, Olivia and Hannah Smith; his brother Samuel Williams (Norma); and his pet Penny.
