He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn "Dolly" Smith (Sheipe) and William "Kelly" F. Smith, Sr.; his brothers, Frederick Smith and William "Bill" Smith, Jr.; and his nephew Bryan Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret and Robert "Bup" Smith; his nieces, Chantel (Josh Cresswell), Mia (Nicholas Wink), Lauren Smith and Sheena Smith; his nephew Jeromy Guistwite (Kristi Clemas); and his close friends, Heath Mitchell, Jennifer Schreckengost and Wilmer Stoltzfus.
