He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Clifford McCormick and Myra Lee McCormick (Layne). He is survived by: his wife Carol Marie (Kulikosky); his sons, Kyle Patrick and Preston Michael; and his sister Audrey Bruce. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
