He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Oliver Hendricks and Willete Hendricks (Strawbridge); his wife Delores Ruth Moriarity; and his siblings, Carol, Nancy, Daniel, Donald, Thomas and John.

He is survived by : his daughters, Deborah J. Lucier (Robert) of Philipsburg, PA and Jerri Evans of Watertown, NY; his grandchildren, Dawn Opal, Sarah, Corinne, David and Dean; and his great grandchildren, Christian, Noah and Merida.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
