He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cowfer and Mae Cowfer (Catherman); his wife Mary L. Adams; and his brothers, Robert and Gary Cowfer.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda C. Mignot of Philipsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Grant M. Mignot (Vanesa) of Morrisdale, PA, Katelyn E. Rebar (Steven) of Osceola Mills, PA and Jessica L. Mignot of Philipsburg, PA.
