He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Williams Sr. and Bernadine L. Williams (Walk); and his siblings, Robert A. Williams, Jr. and Wilma Rae Frank. He is survived by: his sisters, Tamara Hussey (Keith) of Milton, FL and Renae Williams (Brian Ballock) of Houtzdale, PA; and his siblings' children, Tiffany Bratton, Kristina Frank, Sarah Cowfer, Jesse Williams and Terra Kelly. He is also survived by nine great-nieces and nephews.
