She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Allen and Katherine Allen (Croft); her spouse Kay; her sons, Michael R. and Richard G. Witter, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Linda Witter.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Witter of Denver, CO, Amy Witter of Wellsboro, PA, Ellen Buffy (Thomas) of Centennial, CO and Andy James Witter of Osceola, PA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
