He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Lowe (Arnold); his parents, William Lowe and Ruth Lowe (Doan); his siblings, Clifford, Jean, June, Paul Lowe (Dolorise), Charlie Johns (Louise), Gerald Lowe (Penny) and Jack Johns; his granddaughter Brittany Lowe; and his siblings' children, Melissa Steadman and Lee Lowe.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ruthy Johnston and Julia Ann Vargason; and his children, Clifford Lowe (Amy Baker), Richard, Mary Lowe, Jon Lowe, Haidee, John Deming and Cecil Lowe (Patricia Hunter). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
