We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2024, at the age of 74, Dean E. Chappell of Osterburg, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Jesse Chappell and Leona Chappell (Plummer); and his siblings, Donald Chappell, Evelyn Miller and Dorothy Hughes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Horne (Travis Horne) and Jessica Chappell; his siblings, Lloyd Chappell (Dana Chappell), Linda Weyandt (Melvin Weyandt) and Carol Weyandt (Butch Weyandt); and his grandson Christian Horne of Pop's Boy. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
Donations can be made in Dean's memory to Community Bible Church.
