With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Mae McDonald of Osterburg, Pennsylvania, born in Alum Bank, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 21, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Stufft and Erma Stufft; her grandchildren, Clarissa Sheirer, Lindsay McDonald and Zachary Sheirer; and her siblings, Dorothy Valentine, Leona Barger, William Stufft and Alan Stufft.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard A. McDonald Sr.; her children, Bernard A. McDonald Jr. (Cheri A.), Timothy J. McDonald (Lindy L.) and Michelle D. Sheirer (Rodney) of New Paris; her grandchildren, Jared N. McDonald (Nicole), Cara N. Johnson (Trevor) of Bedford, Aaron R. McDonald of Bedford, Benjamin J. Sheirer of Bedford and Jordan A. McDonald of Osterburg; her stepgranddaughter Jamie Spiker of Bedford; her great grandchildren, Aviana, Amelia and Elyse; and her siblings, Gary Stufft of Ohio, Louise Weyandt of Claysburg and Ersel Reynolds of Christiana.
