He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arch and Minnie Florence Feathers (Burkett); his wife Sara "Sally" Feathers (Weaverling); and his son Gary Eugene Feathers. He is survived by: his children, Jay Wayne Feathers of Osterburg, Crystal (Gareth Eckman) of Osterburg, Neil (Gail Feathers) of Alum Bank and Michael (Miriam Feathers) of Alum Bank. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
