It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia Barlow of Oxford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 2, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon J. Poliski and Frances V. McGovern Poliski; her husband Douglas R. Barlow; her son Douglas Michael Barlow (Missi) of Cochranville; and her brothers, Francis A., Edward H., Martin J. and Patrick J. Poliski.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Barlow (Robin) of Cochranville, Timothy Barlow (Phyllis) of Cochranville and Teresa Jones (Dave) of Melbourne, FL; her grandchildren, Angela, Steven, Krystal, Jordan and David; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Maverick, Jasper, Granger, Oliver Elliott and Cameron; and her siblings, Leon Joseph Poliski, Michael Poliski and Mary Patrone.
