He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Baughman and Mary Baughman (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Holly; his sons, Ray and Jason (Germaine); and his grandchildren, Cora, Tyler, Ian, Conner and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jack's memory to the Oxford Golden Bears Football, an organization close to his heart.
