He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bard and Ethel Bard (Cregger); and his sister Mary Ann Thomas of Little Britain. He is survived by: his wife Brenda L. Melrath of Nottingham, PA.; and his son John Anthony Bard (Kathleen) of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by his two sons, he is survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
