She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward F. Bateman and Esther McKay Bateman; her sister Shirley Bateman Smith (R. Kenneth Gallagher Jr.); and her grandson Trevor Allen Hall. She is survived by: her children, Connie Lynn Gallagher, Carolyn Gallagher Hall (Richard Allen) and Kenneth Edward Gallagher; her granddaughter Sydney Marie Hall; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald A. Gallagher and Doris S. Gallagher.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Christopher's Episcopal Church (116 Lancaster Pike, Oxford, PA 19363). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's memory may be made to St. Christopher's Episcopal Church or Mental Health America (MHA).
