She is survived by: her sons, Robert Smith and Scott Smith (Kim); her grandchildren, Andrew Smith (Kayla), Emily Smith, Joseph England (Jasmin) and Ross England (Jennie); her great grandchildren, Henry, Mila, Jack and Clark; and her siblings, Carol Holler and Dean Maxwell (Diana). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
