He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Zook and Annabelle Zook; and his brother Edwin Zook. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Zook; his children, Josh Zook (Courtney), Amy Chadwick (Dave) and Julie Day (Michael); his grandsons, Emmitt Chadwick, Collin Chadwick, Logan Zook and Brandon Zook; and his siblings, Anna Grace Moore (Charlie), Raymond Zook (Jane), Geraldine Snyder (Jim), Mary Jane Hess (Ken) and Carl Zook (Karen).

In lieu of flowers the family request donations in Robert's memory to The Oxford United Methodist Church or the Heart Association.
