William Cook Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of William Cook (Oxford, Pennsylvania). William, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Cook and Helen Swankhouse Cook; his wife Peggy; his children, Beth Johnson (Kevin), Bill Cook (Sharon), Amy Miller (Ray) and Heather Cook; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Johnson Hagelin (William Robert), Lauren Johnson Gilliano, Kelly Johnson Humes (Michael), Shane Cook, Ryan Cook (Dani), Regan Cook, Liam Cook, Haley Miller Matos (Danny) and Daniel Miller. He was also cherished by his family, patients, friends.
