She was predeceased by: her husband John Laurence Sweeney; her son Sean Laurence Sweeney; her parents, John Paul Devine and Kathryn Davis Devine; and her brothers, Thomas Eugene Devine and Paul Francis Devine.
She is survived by: her children, Denis Sweeney (Charlene) of Nazareth, PA, Timothy Sweeney of Palmer, PA, Kathryn DiGirolamo Sweeney (Salvatore) of Palmer, PA and Julia Race Sweeney (Darin) of Palmer, PA; her grandson Brendan Sweeney; her daughters, Felicia Oren, Brianna, Bridget, Erin Anthony DiGirolamo and Finula Sweeney; her great grandchild Karter Hooks; and her aunts, Dorothy Devine and Nancy Devine. She is also survived by her beautiful children, grandchildren and great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Barbara may be made to the church.
