He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Carroll and Grace Dean (Clemons); and his wife Dolores Avia. He is survived by: his daughters, Stefanie Smith (Wayne) and Valerie Diaz (Rey); his grandsons, Jacob and Joseph Allen; and his great grandchild Joseph.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's III Lutheran Church (2561 Newburg Road, Palmer Twp., PA 18045).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking those willing to make donations to St. Paul's III Lutheran Church of Palmer Township, the Palmer Municipal Fire Department, or the SPCA.
