He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Belarmino and Natividad Belarmino (Intud); and his siblings, Judge Raphael Belarmino and Inday Villamore. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Belarmino; his son Joselito S. Belarmino (Gladys) of Easton, PA; and his grandchildren, Kellie Rose and Alexander.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rosalie Belarmino to be used for the Saint Vincent De Paul Society of the Church.
