He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Durbin and Helen Durbin (Seidenstricker); and his sisters, Delight LaBranch and Eunice Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Frances Durbin (Bailey); his sons, Charles Durbin (Dorothy J.) and Daniel P. Durbin (Kay Perry) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Heather, Brian, Kelly, Josh and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Ashlynn, Callie and Connor.
