Woodley of Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, born in East Bangor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Woodley (Masters) and Earl J. Woodley; his wife Jeannette Kinginger; and his siblings, George M. Woodley and Ann Marie Eyer.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Woodley Cook (Glen) of Union Bridge, MD, Beth Woodley Riley (Bruce) of Laytonsville, MD and James E. Woodley, Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Spencer Cook and Peyton Riley.
