Stoepker of Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Vargo and Elsie Vargo (Chismarich); and her husband Dennis J. Stoepker. She is survived by : her stepdaughter Shannon Foster; and her close friends, Maria and Joe Dos Santos. She is also survived by three grandsons.
