He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Achey, Sr. and Miriam Bender (Frey). He is survived by: his wife Trudy M. Frey (Hartung); and his children, Deanna (Gary Weaver) of Egypt, David (Kay Frey) of Beersville, Duane (Stacy Frey) of Beersville, Kim (Steven Cseh) of Palmerton and Kreg (Kim Rodrigues) of Palmerton. He is also survived by grandchildren. great grandchildren.
