He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly A. Mack (Binder); his parents, Francis Mack and Erna Mack (Roberts); and his siblings, Kenneth, Arnold, Ray, Donald Mack, Grace Roth, Erma Feinour and Anna Werley.
He is survived by: his children, Jayne Mack Schoemaker (Donald) of Pittsburgh, Lori (Charles Kresge) of Palmerton, Tami (Robert Kieffer) of Bethlehem and Timothy Nicholas (Charlene) of Ashland; and his sisters, Mae Vogel, Nancy Mack and Betty Bobal (Richard). He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
