The memory of Ruby A. Longenbach of Palmerton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2026 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Mackes and Martha Mackes (Patterson); her sisters, Della Faye Parry and Sherill Rehrig; and her sons-in-law, Kevin Scheller and Lyle Borger.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Keller, Maxine Scheller (Raymond Borger), Wanda Casella, Robin Borger (Butch Getz), Frankie Longenbach (Lori) and Ronda Furler (Dean); her sister Eleanor Snyder; and her grandchildren, Aaron Keller (Eileen), Mark Keller (Amy), Krystel Oleksza (Jessie), Erica Smith (Jon), Amber Santos (Mike), Jamie Sek (Frankie), Julia Snyder (Alex), Chad Snyder (Lorrie), Ryan Snyder (Sarina), Frankie Longenbach (Melody), Tyler Longenbach and Andrew Longenbach (Ashley). She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren and one great granddaughter on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations intended for the staff's appreciation fund may be sent directly to the facility in Ruby's honor.
